LS1 Plumbing Ltd – 18-Month Workmanship Guarantee Terms
1. Scope of Guarantee
LS1 Plumbing Ltd provides an 18-month workmanship guarantee on all plumbing work carried out by the Company, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Exclusions
– This guarantee does not cover boiler repairs or boiler installations.
– This guarantee applies only where LS1 Plumbing Ltd has supplied all materials and/or parts.
3. Guarantee Period
– Valid for 18 months from the date the works were completed and signed off by the customer.
4. Call-Outs During the Guarantee Period
4.1 Unrelated Faults
If LS1 Plumbing Ltd attends a call-out for an issue not related to the original works, the customer will be charged appropriately.
4.2 Third-Party or Customer Intervention
If the customer or another plumber has attempted to repair or alter the works, the guarantee is void and call-out/repair charges will apply.
5. General Conditions
– The guarantee is only valid if the customer agrees to and authorises the correct and complete repair/works recommended by the engineer.
– If the customer declines the recommended works, the guarantee does not apply to issues arising from those unapproved works.
6. Acceptance
By signing off the completed works, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and acknowledges the start date of the 18-month guarantee.
