Service & Support Agreement Terms
1. Agreement
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions between:
You – the customer whose details are registered on the service plan; and
LS1 Plumbing (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By subscribing to one of our monthly service plans, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement.
This agreement provides maintenance and repair support for plumbing systems within your property. It is not an insurance policy.
2. Our Service Plans
LS1 Plumbing offers two monthly support plans designed to cover plumbing issues within your home.
Both plans include:
- Unlimited callouts
- All labour costs
- All parts required for the repair
- Access to qualified LS1 Plumbing engineers
- Priority booking for repairs
- Coverage for recurring issues within 30 days
- A free boiler service when you first sign up to the plan
Home Cover Plan 1 – Standard Plan (With Excess)
£9.99 + VAT per month
Includes:
- Unlimited engineer visits
- All labour
- All parts required for repairs
Call Out Excess
A £30 + VAT call-out excess is payable each time an engineer attends the property.
This charge covers:
- Engineer travel
- Initial assessment
- Diagnostic work
If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, there will not be an additional call-out charge.
3. Free Boiler Service
All new customers signing up to an LS1 Plumbing service plan will receive one free boiler service.
The boiler service:
- Must be carried out by an LS1 Plumbing engineer
- Must be booked within 12 months of joining the plan
- Is subject to engineer availability
4. What is Covered
Your LS1 Plumbing service plan covers repairs to common domestic plumbing issues including:
- Water pipe leaks
- Faulty taps
- Toilet repairs
- Internal plumbing pipework
- Minor plumbing system faults
- Replacement of standard plumbing parts required to complete repairs
All work must be carried out by an LS1 Plumbing engineer.
5. What is Not Covered
The following are not included within the service plans unless agreed separately:
- Full bathroom installations
- Major plumbing system upgrades
- Drain unblocking outside the property boundary
- Damage caused by negligence, misuse or third parties
- Pre-existing faults known before the plan started
- Structural building work required to access pipework
- Commercial properties
LS1 Plumbing reserves the right to determine whether work falls within the scope of the plan.
6. Monthly Payments
Payments are made monthly via Direct Debit or card payment.
Payments must be kept up to date for the agreement to remain active.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the plan.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
7. Call Out Fees (Standard With Excess Plan Only)
Customers on the £9.99 + VAT plan must pay a £30 + VAT call-out fee whenever an engineer attends the property.
If the same issue reoccurs within 30 days, the return visit will not incur an additional call-out fee.
8. Access to the Property
Customers must:
- Provide safe access to the property
- Ensure someone over the age of 18 is present during the visit
- Ensure the working area is safe for engineers
LS1 Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule work if conditions are unsafe.
9. Contract Term
This service agreement is a minimum 12-month contract from the date of sign-up.
The agreement cannot be cancelled during the first 12 months.
After the initial 12-month period, the agreement will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled by either party.
10. Cancellation
After the initial 12-month contract period, you may cancel your plan by providing 30 days written notice.
LS1 Plumbing may cancel the agreement if:
- Payments are missed
- The plan is misused
- Unsafe working conditions exist
- Fraudulent or abusive behaviour occurs
11. Moving Home
If you move property, please inform LS1 Plumbing.
Where possible, the plan may be transferred to the new property, subject to inspection and approval.
12. Liability
LS1 Plumbing will not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Damage caused by pre-existing faults
- Damage outside the scope of the covered plumbing systems
All work will be carried out by qualified and competent engineers.
13. Price Adjustments
We aim to keep our prices as close as possible to the price you originally signed up to. However, prices may occasionally need to increase due to changes in operating costs or wider market conditions. If a price adjustment becomes necessary, we will always make you aware in advance of the change.

All visits, labour and parts are fully covered within the monthly payment.
